Found your cat's food here?

  1. Put the food away and compare the lot code and best-by date on your package with the FDA notice.
  2. Hold on to the package, or photograph the lot code, barcode and date. The FDA says the lot and use-by date are what it needs most to follow up.
  3. If your cat is off its food, vomiting or acting unwell, call your vet and tell them exactly what it ate.
  4. Ask for the refund the notice offers, and wash bowls and anything that touched the food.
  5. Report a problem to the FDA through the Safety Reporting Portal or by calling 1-888-INFO-FDA.

How this log works

We only log notices the FDA publishes: recalls companies announce through the FDA, and FDA advisories about lots owners should not feed. The log begins with notices from mid 2025 and grows as new ones appear.
